Pretty nifty reversal, eh? But it does require some work on your part to get that magnetic quality for yourself. There are many things an Alpha leader has to offer. The most important one is summed up in the word “value.” In other words, it’s the value you offer to other marketers that makes you a leader and makes you attractive. Value is equated with things like Internet marketing savvy, a winner’s mindset, people skills, and financial standing. What you have in your bank account is usually a reflection of how much value your have to your industry.
As a result of growing into an Alpha leader, there will be other behaviors that come with the territory. You will gain authority. You will value your time because your time has value.When you offer wisdom and training to others it will come back to you as income.
Essentially, an Alpha leader is someone who has acquiring the skills to become an effective, network-marketing mentor. These skills are what produce their income because people want to join them, NOT the products or the company they are a part of. The extent to which you grow is the extent to which your income increases. That’s the simple truth about being a network marketer. It’s not what you do that’s so important to your success; it’s who you become. This is a self-educating industry, so get out there and get educated, and become an Alpha leader.
